Salon Policy

Appointments

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Cards are not charged in advance and are used only to secure the scheduled service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This allows us to accommodate other guests and respect our artists’ time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Charges are applied only when the policy applies.
